Distinction Between Synthetic and Natural Sugars
Our body converts chemical energy stored in foods like carbohydrates, fats and proteins into a usable form called ATP (ie. adenosine triphosphate), through a process called cellular respiration, where glucose derived from carbohydrates is broken down.
Synthetic sugars damage cells and heats up the body
If the body’s fuel (from glucose) is derived from synthetic sugars, then the cellular mitochondria will be damaged when fuel is being burned. The cells will be damaged each time there is a call for energy thereby causing the body to heat up because synthetic sugars are not compatible fuel for human cells.
When a person goes through psychoemotional stress, the body will call for fuel (ie. flight mode). If the fuel is derived from synthetic sugars, the molecules will not burn as efficiently as those from natural sources. Thus, leaving a high oxidative aftermath. In some cases, the skin thickens and darkens from the high oxidative burnt out.
Synthetic foods will increase our wear and tear manifolds and it is not just the synthetic sugars and salt. Our body is organic and thrive on organic/natural foods. When our nourishment and repair raw materials are from synthetic sources coupled with stressful modern living, they will affect our cellular health. Eventually, the body loses the ability to heal, repair and restore. Thus, city folks are more susceptible to high wear and tear, as cells are damaged by oxidative stress from high energy production. It explains why 1 generation after another becomes weaker and weaker.
Synthetic Sugar Feeds Yeast, Fungus and Pathogens
Synthetic sugar is also food for yeast, fungus and pathogens. Fungus, yeast and pathogens are decomposing agents. When their threshold is higher than the body’s natural probiotics, the body will begin to decompose, 1st by weakening, then breaking down and falling ill.
We must be so clear of the distinction between synthetic and natural food before we put them into our mouth. This was illustrated by the testimony of a CLT practitioner below:-
“My hubby’s uncle was a diabetic and he opted for artificial sweeteners for a long time. He died of pancreatic cancer.”
He was feeding the wrong microbes which accelerated the decomposition mode.
